Several years ago I used Comfort Air to make a minimal repair on my AC so I decided to call Brandon Jonas at the Castroville Comfort Air location. Brandon came out the same day around 6:30 pm, stayed several hours and repaired my AC. Brandon was very knowledgeable about how to make the repairs and also did a thorough inspection, including pictures, of my unit (wiring, insulation, mold, drain pan, and air leaks from my air ducts, etc.) I was unaware of some of these issues and was very pleased that he brought them to my attention. He is an excellent technician and really cared about making sure he successfully repaired my AC before he left. I’m going to follow up with him on the other recommended repairs that he suggested. Great job Brandon!”
