“Lonestar was able to get a tech out pretty quickly to check out my failing AC unit. Brandon even gladly went all the way back to the shop (it was nearly 9pm already) to bring me a portable AC unit and he installed it for me.
I knew my AC was on it's last leg. John Wayne came out last year and charged me an arm and a leg for a compressor saver and didn't even wire it right and some maintenance but left a big gap in the insolated tube going from the unit to the ducts. Brandon was so much more professional. Took the time to answer all my questions, gave me options and helped educate me on the differences so I could make the best decision for my new AC unit.
I wish I could add a photo of my energy consumption since the new unit was installed Monday. It's gone from between 70-90kWh every day to 30-40kWh. I'm gonna save so much on my energy bill by choosing the slightly more expensive but more efficient model. Definitely a good choice that's going to pay off in the long run.
I like that Lonestar is a small town business. They treat you like family and I truly believe they won't take advantage of you like SOME others will. I've already recommended them on my community FB group and to a couple of my customers. I can say Lonestar has a lifelong customer here.
